For US, toys and children’s products must meet the requirements of ASTM F963. This standard incorporates mandatory legislations 16CFR 1300, 16CFR1500 and 16CFR1610 covering physical, toxicity and flammability properties.
Toys and children’s products exported to US must be accompanied with CPSIA approved laboratory reports.
